1. 📍 VENUE & DATES

• Venue: Swin Pickleball Q.7

• Tournament Dates: Thursday, July 9, 2026, to Sunday, July 12, 2026.
• Sessions: Session 1 runs from 8:00 to 14:00, and Session 2 runs from 14:30 to 22:00.

2. 📝 REGISTRATION DETAILS

• Registration Opens: Monday, 10 May 2026.
• Registration Closes: Thursday, 02 July 2026.
• Event Limits: Players can register up to 2 events per day, but these events must not be scheduled at the same session.

3. 💵 FEES & PAYMENT

• Intermediate / Advanced:
  • Singles: USD 40 per player / VND 1.000.000.
  • Doubles: USD 80 per team / VND 2.000.000.
• Open Professional:
  • Singles: USD 60 per player / VND 1.500.000.
  • Doubles: USD 100 per team / VND 2.500.000.

4. 👥 ELIGIBILITY & SKILL LEVELS

• Age Determination: Player eligibility is determined as below:
  19+: born from 2007 onwards
  35+: born from 1991 onwards
  Athletes aged 13 to under 18 can register as 19+.

• Age Restrictions: Player is allowed to only play down your age category. For example, a 45+ player can compete in 35+ and 19+, and a 35+ player can compete in 19+. The Open category has no Age limitation.

• Skill Levels:

  • Intermediate: DUPR Rating < 4.000.
  • Advanced: DUPR Rating Between 4.000 – 5.500.
  • Open: All levels.

5. 🎾 COMPETITION FORMAT

• General Scoring: All matches will be 0-0-2 side out/traditional scoring.
• Divisions: A minimum of 8 teams is required to start a Divisional tournament; if there are insufficient numbers, a division will be merged into another.
• Amateur – Intermediate & Advanced:
  • Round 1 (Round Robin): Each Group shall be a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5. Game to 11 points (no deuce, first to reach 11 wins). End change after scoring 6. Top 2 teams from each group promote to Round 2.
  • Round 2 (Single Elimination) & Medal Matches: Game to 15 points (no deuce, first to reach 15 wins). End change after scoring 8.
• Professional - Open:
  • Format: Single Elimination 2/3 games to 11 points (no deuce, first to reach 11 wins). End change after scoring 6 on 3rd game.

6. ⚖️ RULES & REGULATIONS

• Rulebook: Adopting USA Pickleball (USAP) 2026 Official Rulebook. All matches will be officiated.
• Equipment & Courts: 26 indoor hard courts. Official Balls: Zocker Five Star (Neon). All paddles used must be UPA-A or USAP certified.
• Timeouts: One (1) one minute timeout per game, per team. 15 minutes medical time-out per match per player.
• Check-in: All teams must check-in 30 minutes before your first match. Check-in at registration counters must be done daily.
