RULES & REGULATIONS

General Rules
1. DUPR ratings will be used for skill level verification and every match will be submitted to DUPR without exemption
2. Players may only register for skill levels appropriate to their DUPR rating
- A minimum reliability score of 30 is required 
3. Age eligibility is determined by player's age on March 26, 2026 
4. Maximum 3 events per player across the entire tournament 
5. All matches are officiated by a referee, but players will be tasked to call their own lines 
6. Tournament director reserves right to combine or split divisions based on registration 
7. Tournament director reserves the right to accept and or reject registrations, if DUPR account is suspected to be manipulated for qualification 
8. Tournament director reserves the right to disqualify any player for any reason 

Tournament director reserves the right to make changes on the schedule depending on player registrations 

Equipment 
- Tournament balls provided 
- Players must bring own paddles 
- Paddles will be checked and approved before the start of tournament day 
- Absolutely no core crushed paddles 
- No "de-laminated" paddles 
- Paddles must be tournament compliant according to USAPA rules 
- Appropriate athletic attire required 

Code of Conduct
- Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in warning or disqualification
- Zero tolerance for verbal or physical abuse
- Have fun and play pickleball!

TOURNAMENT FORMAT - ALL DIVISIONS

Pool Play (All Events)
- Round-robin format guaranteeing minimum 3 matches per team
- Top teams from each pool advance to single-elimination playoffs (Knockout Round)
Playoffs / Knockouts (All Events)
- Single-elimination bracket
- Quarterfinals and Semifinals: Race to 11, sudden death
- NO BRONZE MEDAL MATCH — both semifinal losers receive Bronze Medals
Gold Medal Match (All Events)
- Single game race to 15, sudden death
- NO TIME LIMIT
Time Limit Rules
- 3.0 and 3.5 levels: 15-minute time limit for pool play only
- 4.0 and OPEN levels: NO TIME LIMIT for all matches
- All gold medal matches: NO TIME LIMIT across all divisions
