This special tournament is proudly organized in conjunction with the Affin Group Strategic Mid-Year Board Offsite 2025.

📄 Tournament Fact Sheet

✅ General Rules

• Players must report to their assigned court on time.
• A NO SHOW will be declared 10 minutes after the match is called, resulting in an automatic walkover.

🏓 Match Format

Knockout Round:

• 1 Game to 11 Points, rally scoring, no serve to win, sudden death.

Quarter-Finals to Finals:

• 1 Game to 15 Points, rally scoring, no serve to win, sudden death.

**Note: Tournament Director may adjust scoring format depending on time constraints.

👨‍⚖️ Referees & Scoring

• Referees will assist teams unfamiliar with scoring.
• Experienced teams are encouraged to keep their own scores.
• Referees will start the match and record final scores.
• Line calls are made by the receiving players.
• Disputes should be resolved between players; if unresolved, the Tournament Director will decide.

⚠️ Disputes

• If the final point is disputed and no umpire witnessed it, the point will be replayed.

🧑‍⚖️ Semi-Finals, 3rd Place & Final

• Referees will call scores and kitchen faults.
• Line calls remain with players but can be confirmed by umpire if visible.

⏱ Timeouts & Breaks

• No timeouts for Knockout, Quarter, or Semi-Finals.
• Finals & 3rd Place: 1 timeout per team (max 1 minute).
• Hydration breaks allowed between points (max 30 seconds, bottles must be on court).

🩹 Injury Timeout

• 10-minute cumulative per team.
• If a player cannot continue, the match will be forfeited.
• Timer starts when the medical team arrives.

• All rules are subject to change at the Tournament Director’s discretion.

• 3:00 PM – 3:10 PM ➡️ Tournament Briefing
• 3:10 PM – 5:30 PM ➡️ Elimination Rounds, Quarter Finals, Semi Finals
• 4:00 PM ➡️ Tea Break
• 5:30 PM – 5:50 PM ➡️ 3rd Place Playoff
• 6:00 PM – 6:20 PM ➡️ Final Match
• 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM ➡️ Prize Giving Ceremony & Photo-Taking Session
